RIGHT OF RETURN
Purchased unused items can be returned during 14 days (hereinafter referred to as Return Period) from receipt by the customer. To do so, the customer must declare the return to SHOLO SA within the Return Period and return the goods to SHOLO SA. The goods must be returned in intact, original and unused condition with all accessories, tags and in the original packaging. A copy of the original receipt must be enclosed in the packaging.
The deadline is met if the customer hands over the goods within the return period properly packed and stamped to Swiss Post or Fedex. It lies in the responsibility of the customer to prove that the deadline was met. The costs of the return shipment shall be borne by the customer, including any custom duties or any other costs. If the return was declared and processed in time, SHOLO SA will refund the purchase price to the customer within two weeks using the original payment method. SHOLO SA may withhold the refund until the returned goods have arrived at his premises.
If the requirements for the return were not met (i.e. if the returned goods are used, damaged or not in their original form, or if the Return Period was exceeded), the customer is not entitled to a refund. In such cases, SHOLO SA will inform the customer via e-mail. The customer may choose to have the goods reshipped again at his own expense (against prepayment), or to pick up the goods at SHOLO SA’s premises.
Please note that the aforementioned return policy does not apply to perfumes and fragrance products.
